Kansas High School Volleyball - Lawrence Free State tips Olathe South

September 13, 2025: Olathe, KS 66062

In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Lawrence Free State Firebirds volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Olathe South Falcons.

With the win, Lawrence Free State advances its record to 10-5 on the season. The Firebirds travel to Blue Valley North (Overland Park, KS) to face the Mustangs in a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 3-3. Blue Valley North lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Notre Dame de Sion (Kansas City, MO)

The Falcons now sport a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Olathe North for a Sunflower challenge on Tuesday, September 16. Olathe South will play a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Lawrence Free State (Lawrence, KS). The Eagles record now stands at 4-5.
