In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting South Spartans volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the West Warriors.

The Spartans (16-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Chadwick (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA). The Dolphins enter the non-league challenge with a 6-10 record. In their last challenge, Chadwick beat Bellflower (Bellflower, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the South Spartans (Torrance, CA) in a Pioneer test, on Tuesday, September 16. West will attempt to improve on its 11-5 season record. The Spartans go into the test with a 16-3 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Chadwick (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA).
