The William Campbell Generals volleyball team (Naruna, VA), was dropped 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Nelson County Governors (Lovingston, VA)

The Governors (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA). The Bison enter the non-league challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Buffalo Gap was dropped by Stuarts Draft (Stuarts Draft, VA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Generals meet the Randolph-Henry Statesmen (Charlotte Court House, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 18. William Campbell will attempt to move on its 0-9 season record. The Statesmen enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Lunenburg Central (Victoria, VA).
