The West Carteret Patriots volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Dixon Bulldogs to 0 in the Patriots non-league victory on Thursday.

The Patriots now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Swansboro for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 20.

The Bulldogs (4-9) will now prepare for their game against Croatan (Newport, NC). The Cougars enter the game with a 1-3 record.
