Illinois High School Volleyball - Belvidere North over Belvidere

September 15, 2022: Belvidere, IL 61008

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Belvidere North Blue Thunder (Belvidere, IL) and the visiting Belvidere Bucs (Belvidere, IL), saw Belvidere North's volleyball squad beat Belvidere by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Belvidere North upgrades its record to 12-3 on the year. The Blue Thunder travel to Rockford Auburn (Rockford, IL) to play the Knights in a Northern Illinois NIC-10 bout on Tuesday, September 20. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 7-8. Rockford Auburn lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Boylan Catholic (Rockford, IL)

The Bucs now own a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to McHenry for a Fox Valley bout on Monday, September 19. Belvidere will play a Warriors squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Crystal Lake Central (Crystal Lake, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 6-8.
