Kentucky High School Volleyball - Burgin Model

The Model Patriots topped the visiting Burgin Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Friday's non-league test.

The Patriots now have a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pineville for a non-league test on Saturday, September 16. Model will confront a Mountain Lions team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Middlesboro (Middlesboro, KY). The Mountain Lions record now stands at 10-5.

The Bulldogs (1-9) will now prepare for their test against Trinity Christian Academy (Lexington, KY). The Titans enter the District 46 test with a 19-3 record. In their last test, Trinity Christian Academy was knocked off by Henry Clay (Lexington, KY), 3-2, in a non-league test.
