The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 9-5. Frankfort lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Western Hills (Frankfort, KY)

The Bulldogs now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Danville Christian Academy for a non-league bout on Friday, September 8. Burgin will play a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Danville (Danville, KY). The Warriors record now stands at 3-5.
