The Mason County Eastern Cardinals volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Pentwater Falcons to 1 in the Cardinals league triumph on Monday.

The Cardinals now have a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Grand Traverse Academy for a Cherryland outing on Thursday, September 18. Mason County Eastern will play a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Bear Lake (Bear Lake, MI). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-7.

The Falcons (0-7) will now prepare for their game against Mason County Eastern (Custer, MI). The Cardinals go into the West Michigan D game with a 6-6 record. In their last game, Mason County Eastern gained a win over Pentwater (Pentwater, MI), 3-1, in a league game.
