The Cardinals (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Brethren (Brethren, MI). The Bobcats enter the non-league contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, Brethren was tipped by Buckley (Buckley, MI), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Falcons meet the Grand Traverse Academy Mustangs (Traverse City, MI) in a West Michigan D battle, on Thursday, September 18. Pentwater will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record. The Mustangs go into the battle with a 1-7 record after their 2-0 league loss to Bear Lake (Bear Lake, MI).
