Kentucky High School Volleyball - Metcalfe County tips Allen County-Scottsville

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Metcalfe County Hornets (Edmonton, KY) volleyball squad nudged the host Allen County-Scottsville Patriots (Scottsville, KY), by a margin of 2-1.

Next up, the Hornets face the Logan County Cougars (Russellville, KY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 16. Metcalfe County will attempt to better on its 7-9 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 4-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Franklin-Simpson (Franklin, KY).

With the loss, Allen County-Scottsville moves to 2-3 on the year. The Patriots travel to Metcalfe County (Edmonton, KY) to face the Hornets in a non-league contest on Saturday, September 16. The Hornets go into the contest with a record of 5-7. Metcalfe County lost 2-0 in their recent league contest against Russell County (Russell Springs, KY)
