In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Castle Park Trojans volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Mount Miguel Matadors.

The Trojans (8-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Morse (San Diego, CA). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-8 record. In their last challenge, Morse edged Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Matadors meet the Madison Warhawks (San Diego, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 18. Mount Miguel will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Warhawks come into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Hilltop (Chula Vista, CA).
