Virginia High School Volleyball - Heritage Halifax County

The Halifax County Comets topped the host Heritage Pioneers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Monday's non-league game.

Next up, the Comets face the George Washington Eagles (Danville, VA) in a Piedmont game, on Tuesday, September 17. Halifax County will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 1-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Martinsville (Martinsville, VA).

The Pioneers (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Amherst County (Amherst, VA). The Lancers go into the Seminole game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, Amherst County went down by Parry McCluer (Buena Vista, VA), 3-2, in a non-league game.
