The Mustangs now possess a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Norwin for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 18. Plum will play a Knights squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Penn Hills (Pittsburgh, PA). The Knights record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, Hempfield Area moves to 2-6 on the campaign. The Spartans host Gateway (Monroeville, PA) to face the Gators in a game on Thursday, September 18. The Gators come into the game with a record of 0-7. Gateway lost 1-0 in their recent non-league game against Central Catholic (Pittsburgh, PA)
