With the triumph, Stephenson improves its record to 3-8 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Miller Grove (Lithonia, GA) to battle the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 17. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 11-1. Miller Grove won 23-6 in their recent league bout against Redan (Stone Mountain, GA)

In their next game, the Saints battle the Riverdale Raiders (Riverdale, GA) in a 3A Region 5 bout, on Thursday, September 18. Cedar Grove will attempt to advance on its 1-10 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 7-8 record after their 17-11 league loss to Douglass (Atlanta, GA).
