In Tuesday's league match, the host North Paulding Wolfpack softball team scored a tight 7-1 win over the Walton Raiders.
The Wolfpack (12-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Walton (Marietta, GA). The Raiders enter the 6A Region 5 challenge with a 11-5 record. In their last challenge, Walton edged Cherokee (Canton, GA), 5-1, in a league challenge.
The Raiders (11-7) will now prepare for their challenge against North Paulding (Dallas, GA). The Wolfpack enter the 6A Region 5 challenge with a 10-9 record. In their last battle, North Paulding nipped Mount Paran Christian (Kennesaw, GA), 11-2, in a non-league battle.
