The Swainsboro Tigers softball squad (Swainsboro, GA), was routed 6-2 in Tuesday's league contest with the visiting Toombs County Bulldogs (Lyons, GA)

The Bulldogs (8-6) will now prepare for their bout against Metter (Metter, GA). The Tigers go into the non-league bout with a 9-5 record. In their last bout, Metter tipped Claxton (Claxton, GA), 7-3, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Johnson County Trojans (Wrightsville, GA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, September 17. Swainsboro will attempt to better on its 10-4 season record. The Trojans enter the contest with a 7-7 record after their 5-3 league win over Glascock County (Gibson, GA).
