Texas High School Volleyball - Freeman tips Almeta Crawford

September 16, 2025: Katy, TX 77493

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Freeman Golden Eagles (Katy, TX) and the visiting Almeta Crawford Chargers (Rosharon, TX), observed Freeman's volleyball team hold off Almeta Crawford by a tally of 3-2.

The Golden Eagles (8-23) will now prepare for their test against Harmony School of Innovation (Katy, TX). The Wildcats go into the 4A Region III District 21 test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Harmony School of Innovation was edged by Stafford (Stafford, TX), 3-0, in a league test.

The Chargers now own a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Bend Willowridge for a 4A Region III District 21 test on Friday, September 19. Almeta Crawford will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Sealy (Sealy, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 8-13.
