Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Ash Fork Spartans (Ash Fork, AZ) and the host Seligman Antelopes (Seligman, AZ), observed Ash Fork's volleyball team top Seligman by a tally of 3-0.

The Spartans (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Grand Canyon (Grand Canyon, AZ). The Phantoms go into the 1A - Central battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Grand Canyon was defeated by Dishchii'bikoh (Cibecue, AZ), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

The Antelopes now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mayer for a 1A - Central battle on Wednesday, September 17. Seligman will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Music Mountain (Peach Springs, AZ). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-5.
