The Matadors (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Anaheim (Anaheim, CA). The Colonists enter the non-league contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Anaheim beat Savanna (Anaheim, CA), 3-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Vaqueros meet the Estancia Eagles (Costa Mesa, CA) in a Garden Grove test, on Thursday, September 18. Rancho Alamitos will attempt to improve on its 11-6 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 10-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Santiago (Garden Grove, CA).
