California High School Volleyball - Laguna Creek over Elk Grove

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Laguna Creek Cardinals volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Elk Grove Thundering Herd.

The Cardinals (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Monterey Trail (Elk Grove, CA). The Mustangs go into the Delta League test with a 6-5 record.

The Thundering Herd now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sheldon for a Delta League test on Thursday, September 18. Elk Grove will face a Huskies squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Cosumnes Oaks (Elk Grove, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 2-5.
