With the win, Crest upgrades its record to 16-4 on the year. The Lancers travel to Humboldt (Humboldt, KS) to play the Cubs in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 17. The Cubs go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Humboldt won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Cherryvale (Cherryvale, KS)

The Jets now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they travel to Marais des Cygnes Valley for a non-league test on Monday, September 19. Altoona-Midway will confront a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Peabody-Burns (Peabody, KS). The Trojans record now stands at 6-5.
