In Tuesday's league match, the Pickens Dragons (Jasper, GA) volleyball squad prevailed the host Lumpkin County Indians (Dahlonega, GA), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Dragons battle the North Hall Trojans (Gainesville, GA) in a 3A Area 6 match, on Tuesday, September 24. Pickens will attempt to move on its 17-12 season record. The Trojans enter the match with a 16-17 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Jefferson (Jefferson, GA).
