Massachusetts High School Volleyball - St. John Paul II over Sandwich

Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the St. John Paul II Lions (Hyannis, MA) and the host Sandwich Blue Knights (East Sandwich, MA), observed St. John Paul II's volleyball team top Sandwich by a count of 3-0.

The Lions (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Mashpee (Mashpee, MA). The Falcons go into the non-league battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Mashpee dropped by Carver (Carver, MA), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Blue Knights now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cohasset for a non-league battle on Friday, September 19. Sandwich will encounter a Skippers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Carver (Carver, MA). The Skippers record now stands at 3-2.
