The All Saints Central Cougars volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Akron-Fairgrove Vikings to 1 in the Cougars league triumph on Thursday.
The Cougars now possess a 2-9 record. They play next when they host Owendale-Gagetown for a Michigan Summit outing on Tuesday, September 23. All Saints Central will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Caseville (Caseville, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-4.
With the loss, Akron-Fairgrove drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to North Huron (Kinde, MI) to play the Warriors in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 23. The Warriors come into the outing with a record of 7-3. North Huron won 3-1 in their recent league game against Caseville (Caseville, MI)
