In Thursday's league test, the host Harlem Huskies volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Jefferson J-Hawks.

With the win, Harlem improves its record to 4-11 on the season. The Huskies travel to Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL) to face the Tigers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 6-10. Plainfield North lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Joliet West (Joliet, IL)

Next, the J-Hawks meet the Belvidere North Blue Thunder (Belvidere, IL) in a Northern Illinois NIC-10 challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Blue Thunder come into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 2-1 league loss to Boylan Catholic (Rockford, IL).
