Southwest Georgia STEM Charter Aggies (Shellman, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Quitman County Hornets (Georgetown, GA), 16-1 in a league challenge.

The Aggies now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Quitman County for a 1A D-II Region 1 challenge on Monday, September 19. Southwest Georgia STEM Charter will battle a Hornets squad coming off a 22-0 league loss to Pataula Charter Academy (Edison, GA). The Hornets record now stands at 0-8.

With the loss, Quitman County falls to 0-10 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Southwest Georgia STEM Charter (Shellman, GA) to battle the Aggies in a 1A D-II Region 1 challenge on Monday, September 19. The Aggies enter the challenge with a record of 3-3.
