In their next game, the Purple Hurricanes play the Hart County Bulldogs (Hartwell, GA) in a 3A Region 8 contest, on Thursday, September 21. Monroe Area will attempt to move on its 5-13 season record. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a 5-9 record after their 7-1 league loss to Hebron Christian Academy (Dacula, GA).
