Coronado Thunderbirds (El Paso, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Socorro Bulldogs (El Paso, TX), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Thunderbirds clash with the Montwood Rams (El Paso, TX) in a 6A Region I District 1 match, on Friday, September 22. Coronado will attempt to advance on its 23-8 season record. The Rams come into the match with a 12-9 record after their 3-0 league win over El Dorado (El Paso, TX).

With the loss, Socorro drops to 16-9 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Americas (El Paso, TX) to clash with the Trail Blazers in a 6A Region I District 1 match on Friday, September 22.
