In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Manti Templars soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Emery Spartans.

The Templars (12-1) will now prepare for their outing against Richfield (Richfield, UT). The Wildcats go into the 3A Region 12 outing with a 5-7 record. In their last outing, Richfield Delta (Delta, UT), 1-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Spartans confront the North Sanpete Hawks (Mt. Pleasant, UT) in a 3A Region 12 outing, on Tuesday, September 24. Emery will attempt to improve on its 0-13 season record. The Hawks go into the outing with a 4-8 record after their 8-0 league loss to Canyon View (Cedar City, UT).
