The Jenkins Warriors softball squad (Savannah, GA), was routed 15-0 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Long County Blue Tide (Ludowici, GA)

With the triumph, Long County improves its record to 10-2 on the year. The Blue Tide travel to Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA) to clash with the Yellow Jackets in a 3A Region 3 bout on Wednesday, September 3. The Yellow Jackets go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Southeast Bulloch won 19-0 in their recent league bout against Liberty County (Hinesville, GA)

In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Islands Sharks (Savannah, GA) in a 3A Region 3 bout, on Thursday, September 4. Jenkins will attempt to advance on its 1-9 season record. The Sharks go into the bout with a 2-5 record after their 13-0 league loss to Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA).
