Illinois High School Volleyball - Genoa-Kingston can't get by Sycamore

The Sycamore Spartans edged the visiting Genoa-Kingston Cogs volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Spartans face the Hononegah Indians (Rockton, IL) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, September 3. Sycamore will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record. The Indians go into the game with a 4-4 record after their 2-0 league win over Belvidere North (Belvidere, IL).
The Cogs (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against Orangeville (Orangeville, IL). The Broncos come into the non-league outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Orangeville was nudged by South Beloit (South Beloit, IL), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
