The Belvidere North Blue Thunder topped the host Rockford Auburn Knights volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Blue Thunder now have a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hononegah for a Northern Illinois NIC-10 test on Wednesday, September 21. Belvidere North will confront a Indians team coming off a 2-0 league win over Boylan Catholic (Rockford, IL). The Indians record now stands at 18-2.
The Knights (7-10) will now prepare for their test against Jefferson (Rockford, IL). The J-Hawks enter the Northern Illinois NIC-10 test with a 2-12 record. In their last test, Jefferson gained a win over Freeport (Freeport, IL), 2-1, in a league test.
