The Cypress Ranch Mustangs (Houston, TX) volleyball tipped the host Bridgeland Bears (Cypress, TX), 3-2 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Cypress Ranch upgrades its record to 31-2 on the year. The Mustangs host Cypress Lakes (Katy, TX) to face the Spartans in a 6A Region II District 16 outing on Friday, September 23. The Spartans go into the outing with a record of 4-22. Cypress Lakes won 3-1 in their recent league outing against Cypress Park (Cypress, TX)

The Bears now own a 28-7 record. They play next when they travel to Cypress Woods for a 6A Region II District 16 outing on Friday, September 23. Bridgeland will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Cypress Falls (Houston, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-13.
