Bureau Valley Storm (Manlius, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Mendota Trojans (Mendota, IL), 2-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Storm clash with the Riverdale Rams (Port Byron, IL) in a non-league match, on Monday, September 26. Bureau Valley will attempt to advance on its 7-10 season record. The Rams come into the match with a 8-11 record after their 2-0 league loss to Monmouth-Roseville (Monmouth, IL).
With the loss, Mendota drops to 3-9 on the campaign. The Trojans host Kewanee (Kewanee, IL) to clash with the Boilermakers in a Three Rivers match on Thursday, September 22.
