The Central Rockets volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host McHenry Warriors to 0 in the Rockets league victory on Tuesday.
The Rockets now possess a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hampshire for a Fox Valley game on Thursday, September 22. Central will meet a Whip-Purs team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Cary-Grove (Cary, IL). The Whip-Purs record now stands at 11-12.
The Warriors (7-9) will now prepare for their game against Prairie Ridge (Crystal Lake, IL). The Wolves enter the Fox Valley game with a 8-8 record. In their last game, Prairie Ridge was dropped by St. Charles East (St. Charles, IL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
