The Chincoteague Ponies volleyball team (Chincoteague, VA), was dropped 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Holly Grove Christian (Westover, MD)

The (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Greenwood Mennonite (Greenwood, DE). The Flames enter the non-league challenge with a 10-1 record. In their last challenge, Greenwood Mennonite defeated Chestertown Christian Academy (Chestertown, MD), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Ponies meet the Delmar Wildcats (Delmar, DE) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 21. Chincoteague will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Sussex Academy (Georgetown, DE).
