The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Williamstown Demons (Williamstown, KY) and the visiting Gallatin County Wildcats (Warsaw, KY), saw Williamstown's volleyball squad beat Gallatin County by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Williamstown upgrades its record to 7-12 on the year. The Demons host Bracken County (Brooksville, KY) to play the Polar Bears in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 23. The Polar Bears go into the bout with a record of 10-14. Bracken County lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Harrison County (Cynthiana, KY)

The Wildcats now own a 3-17 record. They play next when they travel to Carroll County for a District 31 bout on Thursday, September 21. Gallatin County will play a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Trimble County (Bedford, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 2-14.
