The Bellevue West Thunderbirds (Bellevue, NE) volleyball knocked off the host Lincoln High Links (Lincoln, NE), 2-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Thunderbirds now possess a 11-14 record. They play next when they travel to Gretna for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 21. Bellevue West will clash with a Dragons team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Standing Bear (Lincoln, NE). The Dragons record now stands at 11-6.

With the loss, Lincoln High drops to 7-9 on the campaign. The Links host Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE) to clash with the Monarchs in a A District bout on Saturday, September 21.
