Pius X Thunderbolts (Lincoln, NE) fans exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the visiting Standing Bear Grizzlies (Lincoln, NE), 2-0 in a non-league outing.

The Thunderbolts now possess a 11-4 record. They play next when they host Norris for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 20. Pius X will play a Titans team coming off a 3-2 league win over Waverly (Waverly, NE). The Titans record now stands at 14-0.

With the loss, Standing Bear drops to 8-7 on the campaign. The Grizzlies travel to Norris (Firth, NE) to play the Titans in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 23. The Titans come into the outing with a record of 20-0. Norris won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Lincoln North Star (Lincoln, NE)
