The Genoa Area Comets smashed the host Woodmore Wildcats soccer squad by a margin of 7-0 in Wednesday's league match.

The Comets now sport a 9-0 record. They play next when they host Rossford for a Northern Buckeye match on Thursday, September 29. Genoa Area will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 14-1 league loss to Lake (Millbury, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-9.
