North Carolina High School Volleyball - Forbush over Elkin

September 21, 2022: East Bend, NC 27018

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Forbush Falcons (East Bend, NC) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Elkin Buckin' Elks (Elkin, NC), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Falcons battle the Starmount Rams (Boonville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 22. Forbush will attempt to better on its 3-9 season record. The Rams come into the contest with a 7-6 record after their 3-0 league win over East Wilkes (Ronda, NC).

With the loss, Elkin drops to 5-9 on the campaign. The Buckin' elks travel to North Stokes (Danbury, NC) to battle the Vikings in a Northwest 1A contest on Thursday, September 22. The Vikings come into the contest with a record of 4-9.
