The Altamont Knights volleyball team (Birmingham, AL), was dropped 3-1 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Westminster School at Oak Mountain Knights (Birmingham, AL)

The Knights (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Vincent (Vincent, AL). The Yellow Jackets enter the 2A Area 9 challenge with a 4-7 record. In their last challenge, Vincent was dropped by Montevallo (Montevallo, AL), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Knights meet the Moody Blue Devils (Moody, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 25. Altamont will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a 14-11 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to McAdory (McCalla, AL).
