The Wicksburg Panthers topped the visiting Geneva County Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's league test.

The Panthers now have a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Geneva for a non-league test on Monday, September 25. Wicksburg will confront a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Dale County (Midland City, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 12-6.

The Bulldogs (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Samson (Samson, AL). The Tigers enter the 2A Area 2 test with a 4-9 record. In their last test, Samson gained a win over Slocomb (Slocomb, AL), 25-20, in a non-league test.
