The Stanfield Tigers volleyball team (Stanfield, OR), was nudged 3-2 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Heppner Mustangs (Heppner, OR)

The Mustangs (12-5) will now prepare for their challenge against McLoughlin (Milton-Freewater, OR). The Pioneers enter the non-league challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, McLoughlin was nudged by Burns (Burns, OR), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Crane Mustangs (Crane, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 22. Stanfield will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 13-1 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Lakeview (Lakeview, OR).
