West Virginia High School Volleyball - James Monroe over Montcalm

In Thursday's league contest, the James Monroe Mavericks (Lindside, WV) volleyball squad were winner over the host Montcalm Generals (Montcalm, WV), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Mavericks battle the Oak Hill Red Devils (Oak Hill, WV) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 21. James Monroe will attempt to better on its 18-1 season record. The Red Devils go into the contest with a 2-5 record after their 2-0 league loss to Woodrow Wilson (Beckley, WV).

With the loss, Montcalm moves to 2-7 on the year. The Generals travel to Wyoming East (New Richmond, WV) to battle the Warriors in a non-league contest on Monday, September 25. The Warriors go into the contest with a record of 13-5. Wyoming East lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against George Washington (Charleston, WV)
