In Saturday's non-league match, the Saraland Spartans (Saraland, AL) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Bob Jones Patriots (Madison, AL), by a count of 3-2.

Next up, the Spartans battle the Murphy Panthers (Mobile, AL) in a 6A Area 1 match, on Tuesday, September 24. Saraland will attempt to move on its 24-3 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 3-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Foley (Foley, AL).
