California High School Volleyball - Hoover over Sunnyside

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Hoover Patriots (Fresno, CA) and the visiting Sunnyside Wildcats (Fresno, CA), saw Hoover's volleyball squad beat Sunnyside by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Hoover upgrades its record to 15-2 on the year. The Patriots travel to McLane (Fresno, CA) to play the Highlanders in a CMAC/NYL bout on Tuesday, September 27. The Highlanders go into the bout with a record of 1-8. McLane lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Dinuba (Dinuba, CA)

The Wildcats now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they travel to Hanford West for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 24. Sunnyside will play a Huskies squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Washington Union (Fresno, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 4-6.
