Abington Heights Comets (Clarks Summit, PA) followers were pleased Monday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Scranton Knights (Scranton, PA), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Comets (16-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Montrose (Montrose, PA). The Meteors go into the Lackawanna game with a 7-3 record. In their last game, Montrose gained a win over Lackawanna Trail (Factoryville, PA), 3-0, in a league game.

The Knights (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Mountain View (Kingsley, PA). The Eagles go into the Lackawanna game with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Mountain View beat Valley View (Archbald, PA), 3-2, in a league outing.
