North Carolina High School Volleyball - Randleman over Asheboro

Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Randleman Tigers (Randleman, NC) and the host Asheboro Blue Comets (Asheboro, NC), observed Randleman's volleyball team top Asheboro by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Randleman improves its record to 13-3 on the season. The Tigers host Lexington Senior (Lexington, NC) to encounter the Yellowjackets in a PAC Seven 4A/5A battle on Tuesday, September 23. The Yellowjackets go into the battle with a record of 10-3. Lexington Senior won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC)

The Blue Comets now own a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southern Guilford for a TAAC Six 5A/6A challenge on Tuesday, September 23. Asheboro will meet a Storm team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC). The Storm record now stands at 3-10.
