North Carolina High School Volleyball - Asheboro can't get by Randleman

September 3, 2025: Randleman, NC 27317

The Randleman Tigers nudged the visiting Asheboro Blue Comets volleyball team by a margin of 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

The Tigers now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Central Davidson for a PAC Seven 4A/5A outing on Thursday, September 4. Randleman will play a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over North Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, Asheboro drops to 8-1 on the campaign. The Blue comets host Trinity (Trinity, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 1-8. Trinity lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Southeast Guilford (Greensboro, NC)
